By fusing traditional japanese painting techniques and modern graphic & interior design concepts. Yoshida has meticulously developed a neo photorealistic style and portrayal for his beloved subjects, nature, townships and human figure, in his extraordinary reminiscent black and white paintings. His choice of unusual materials, such as white shell powder and black pine ink on silk, has not only brought a sheer visual enhancement in terms of their aesthetics, but has also given this particular media an air of contemporary quality.
